The villa is ideal for 6 persons, but it can accommodate up to 7, for an extra charge. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with satellite TV, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Towels and bed linen are provided, and free private parking is available to all guests. All areas are air-conditioned, and the villa also has central heating. The owners have mooring for a boat for extra charge per day. Pets are welcome free of charge! Bike rental is available at the property, and the area is popular for snorkeling.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
