1. Travel insurance against trip cancellation

Travel cancellation insurance is insurance that protects you from financial loss in the event that you are forced to cancel your trip due to a justified reason (illness, accident, death or natural disasters).

What is covered?

• 90% of the paid amount in case of the trip cancellation due to a valid reason
• 90% of the paid amount for travel days that you did not use for a valid reason

Important information

• Travel cancellation insurance can be arranged within 48 hours from the conclusion of the travel contract, i.e. from the receipt of the reservation confirmation.
• Cancellation insurance becomes active 30 days before the start of the trip (day of arrival) and lasts until the end of the trip (day of departure).
• In the event that the reservation is canceled before the policy becomes active (30 days before arrival), the amount paid for the insurance will be returned to the customer.
• The amount of the cancellation insurance policy is 4.5% of the reservation amount

2. Property damage insurance

Property damage insurance protects you if you cause damage to the reserved facility in the amount of up to €1,250.00 during the duration of the trip, from the day of arrival, to the day of departure. If you have damage insurance, you are not required to pay a security deposit upon arrival at the accommodation facility.

What is covered?

• 100% payment of the resulting damage in the amount of up to €1,250.00

Important information

• Property damage insurance can be arranged within 48 hours from the conclusion of the travel contract, i.e. from the receipt of the reservation confirmation.
• Property damage insurance becomes active on the day the trip begins (day of arrival) and lasts until the day the trip ends (day of departure).
• In the event that the reservation is canceled before the policy becomes active, the amount paid for the insurance will be returned to the customer.
• Amount of the property damage insurance policy: €35.00 per booking
