Villa Astraeus 2 consists of two separate units connected by external stairs, on 200m2. On the ground floor there is a modern living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. In this part there is a sofa bed, suitable for 1 person. The living room is air-conditioned, there is wi-fi and satellite TV. Two double bedrooms are also part of this unit, as well as two bathrooms with showers. On the first floor there is also a very modernly equipped living room with a sofa bed suitable for 1 person, a dining room and a kitchen. From here you have access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. You have at your disposal two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. In front of the house there is a private swimming pool ideal for hot summer days, while the terrace with garden furniture offers perfect moments with friends and family at night. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
