On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker) and living room with sofa that serves as an extra bed for 1 person. From these rooms comes directly to the terrace in front of the house where there is a swimming pool, deck chairs next to the pool, outdoor shower, table and chairs, swing for children and table tennis. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with one bed. In one bedroom there is a cot available for use. In the house there are 2 bathrooms, of which 1 bathroom shower / wc, the other bathroom is bath / WC. During your stay in there are bicycles available for you.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Dugopolje is an municipality about 15 km from Split, capital of Dalmatia. Dugopolje used to be agricultural area in the first place, but developed to trade center and as a seat of many companies today. On the other hand, Dugopolje has kept its natural beauty and long fields - this is what the name "Dugopolje" itself means. Very attractive area because of great strategic position about only 15 from the sea and exit from the motorway Dugopolje is today the goal for more and more guests. Very famous cave "Vranjača" with its carstic limestone formations is must visit. If you are the fan of shopping - Dugopolje will fulfill your needs with its shopping centers. In couple of mins by car you can reach medieval fortress Klis, smal town Sinj in hinterland, and UNESCO sites Split and Trogir.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
