Villa Casa del Capitano, Razanj

Razanj is a village located in the deep bay, between Sibenik and Trogir. Razanj has traditionally been a smaller fishing village, and in the early 70s of the 20th century the construction of a cottage began, so its coast started to develop in tourism. Today it includes newer parts of the settlement known as Ljoljinica, Mezaroca and Varos, which form an integral part of it. Considering that it is located off the main road (6-7 km from the main road in Podorljak) and protected by a hilly area, the village of Ražanj preserves its quiet, Dalmatian ambience.

There is a large choice of beaches for tourists: the largest number of beaches are rocky with parts covered with concrete terraces, and for families with children because of the shallow sea is the most popular pebble beach around Cape Varoš. In the center of the town there is a market, cafe bar, restaurant, info point near which is located a small market with the offer of seasonal fruits, vegetables and fresh fish of this traditional tourist place

Above the settlement is the hill of Movar from whose top it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the whole Rogoznica aquarium and beyond. At the turn of the Movar there is the venerable chapel of St. Ante was built in the late 18th century. (for a rich fishing catch) where every year on 13.06. keeps mass starting at 09: 00h. Chapels can be accessed on land along the macadam track as well as by the sea.

In the vicinity of the cove for active vacationers there is a bicycle path, and in the neighboring estate there is a basketball court and small football field, a bowling alley. From the shore in the summer months there is a regular boat line for Rogoznica, which is only 2 km away from the sea and offers numerous additional cultural and entertainment activities, including day trips to NP Krka and NP Kornati (there is a possibility of transfer from and from Razanj) as well as panoramic rides, taxi boat ride to Primosten, and upon agreement with neighboring islands, islets and cliffs.
