Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Ražanj is a small tourist resort in the municipality of Rogoznica, located not far from the village of Rogoznica in a southerly direction, and approximately 45 km away from Sibenik. Traditionally, Ražanj was a small fishing village, and in the early 70s of the 20th century, the construction of cottages and tourist facilities began, thus becoming a place. Today it has about 180 inhabitants. Ražanj can attribute its tourist popularity to the comfort of a relatively quiet environment, natural beaches and clear sea.
