The interior of the villa offers four bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms, a separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and fridge), dining and living room. Outside, besides the breathtaking sea view, there are several terraces with garden furniture, a large private pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a WC by the pool and also another bathroom that can be accessed from the outside. Guests can enjoy sports and entertainment activities such as tennis, billiards, table tennis or table football. Fitness facilities and playground for children are available as well.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Jesenice – this small place is located in the community of Dugi Rat. The population has long been involved in tourism and shipping. It is situated only 20km from the second largest town in Croatia and one of the most desirable destinations on the Adriatic – Split. The place is characterized by covert bays, beaches in front of private houses and inns, as well as boats because of which it is commonly referred to as the town of the Onassis.
