On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a separate kitchen and a garden with a pool, ensuring complete privacy thanks to a high fence. A terrace with a barbecue is situated at the back. The first floor features three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, while the second floor offers a kitchen, living room, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. This villa is functional and equipped for a relaxing summer retreat, just a few meters from the sea and a sandy beach ideal for families with children.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
