Luxury villa Atrium consists from cellar, ground floor and first floor, garden with the summer kitchen, BBQ, whirlpool and the heated private pool. The traditional, natural stone house comprises living and dining room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen and two bedrooms. The cellar has whirlpool. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor. One bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom, also with one double bed and one single bed. The garden has a table and pool area with the deckchairs. Your holiday villa is about 3 km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and the center. In the center by the sea you can find shops, travel agencies, a bank, a post office and a doctor. You can hire boats, bicycles or motorbikes or book trips to nearest cities or the nearby islands.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
