Villa Ribica is a beautiful holiday home, perfect for a family or a small group of 4 people.
It offers you everything you need: swimming pool, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Ribica is perfect for a family or a small group of 4 people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, air conditioning, balcony.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room that includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, additional toilet. From the living room there is a direct exit to the terrace with the pool. The house is ecologically sustainable and has a charger for electric vehicles.
In May and October 2024, construction works are being carried out 200 meters from the house. Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is 5 EUR per pet/per night. Deposit is required in cash (300,00 EUR) upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast. Attractive due to its natural and climatic characteristics and diverse tourist offer. For an unforgettable vacation, we recommend you to visit: the old part of the city with the main street Kalalarga with many pubs, wine bars, restaurants and galleries. The main town square with the church of St. Marka surrounded by old buildings with a view of one of the most beautiful mountains. You should not miss the Biokovo mountain and nature park. You can go by minibus, private car or if you like sports and recreation you can go on foot, but of course with consultation at the office of the nature park in Makarska. The latest project at Biokovo is a horseshoe-shaped viewpoint outside the cliff with a glass surface for walking called Skywalk. The entire Makarska Riviera is full of large beaches and small, hidden coves that you should explore. In summer, the city also offers a rich entertainment program called "Makarsko ljeto"
