New modern house with private heated pool, surrounded by greenery and private basketball court, with beautiful sea view on south and mountain from the north, is ideal for family vacations. It has 4 floors. In the basement there is a fully equipped gym. On the ground floor there are a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a bedroom with a sofa bed and a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and private bathrooms and balconies. On the second floor there is a sunbathing area of 100 m2, mini kitchen and bathroom. Guests can use the garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower. This villa disposes garage and additional entertainment facilities - children's corner, PlayStation, table tennis, social games. Next to the garage you can use private newly build basketball court. This villa is pet friendly, but in case you are traveling with more than one pet, please send us an inquiry first.

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

You can go organized with a mini bus, with a private car or if you like sports and recreation you can hike but of course not before consulting in the office of the nature park in Makarska. The latest project on Biokovo is a horseshoe-shaped lookout point outside the cliff with a glass surface for walking called the Skywalk. It is located in the southwestern part of the Biokovo Nature Park next to the info - center, at an altitude of 1228 meters. Also don’t stay on just one beach. The entire Makarska Riviera is full of large beaches, small, hidden coves that you need to explore. In summer, the city also offers a rich entertainment program called "Makarska Summer".
