This stunning villa in Makarska can accommodate up to 6+1 guests, offering a breathtaking sea view. The three-story property is designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. It features three spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with an ensuite bathroom and shower. One of the bedrooms includes an extra bed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a convenient guest toilet and a washing machine. The villa offers an outdoor shower, seven loungers for sunbathing, a BBQ area, and a wine cellar for enthusiasts. The property also provides parking for three vehicles. A deposit of 500 EUR is required in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, provided everything is in order.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
