Villa Azure is a new, modern villa near the town of Imotski. Together with Villa Fire, it forms a beautiful complex. They are completely separate from each other, which means you don't have to worry about privacy. On over 300m2 of luxurious living space, you can use your own gym and spacious swimming pool. A spacious terrace with its own barbecue invites you to a pleasant gathering. Tennis and golf courts are at your disposal. Spacious bedrooms and living room provide maximum comfort and relaxation. The house is carefully planned down to the smallest detail and can be used all year round because it has a fireplace and underfloor heating. A deposit in cash (1500 EUR) is required upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage). In the period from December 21 to January 3, the damage deposit is 2500 EUR.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Imotski region lies behind the mountain Biokovo, in the Dalmatian hinterland. Imotski is a very picturesque town with many cafes and restaurants. There is also a large shopping center. The most important monuments are the old fortress of Topan. Below Topana is the Blue Lake, a favorite promenade, and in the summer months the main beach in Imotski. In the immediate vicinity (1.5 km) is Red Lake, the deepest karst lake in Europe with a depth of 528 meters. We suggest that you visit the red and blue lakes because they are truly wonders of nature. There are wine roads where you can enjoy tasting high quality and award winning wines or tasting the first Dalmatian sparkling wine. The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
