In 250 m2 of living space, Villa Holiness provides above all comfortable and luxurious accommodation for 10 + 2 guests. It contains five bedrooms equipped with a double bed that can be separated if necessary, (two extra single beds are available for additional guests), 5 spacious en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower and one separate toilet. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped, minimalist kitchen with dining area and an interestingly decorated living room.
Look for refreshment from the summer heat in the overflow pool of 68 m2. If you are looking for recreation, there is a private badminton court at your disposal, along with equipment that can be used to play volleyball. The offer of the villa includes 4 private parking spaces.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
