Villa Doci is located on 4000 m2 of fenced private property in Slivnica, near the city of Zadar. It provides a sense of privacy, peace, and security away from the city crowd. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, where there is also a sofa, which can be an extra bed for two people, and it has one bathroom and a separate toilet. Furthermore, it is air-conditioned and has satellite television, internet, and parking inside the property. The villa is fully equipped with bed linen, dishes, towels, and other accessories. In front of the house, there is a swimming pool of 40 m2, a small house where there is a barbecue, a shower, and a toilet, and outside in the garden a lot of facilities for children: a park equipped with swings, sand volleyball, see-saws, a stream with a waterfall.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings
The part of the town where Villa Doci is located is very quiet and pleasant, surrounded by several private villas. Near the villa is the Plitvice National Park, the Velebit mountain (where you can go hiking), the Krka river and the Zrmanja river (great for rafting), as well as the popular Zrće beach on the island of Pag and many other interesting places. You can visit the mountain, the river and the sea in one day. The villa is located in a perfect geographical position in the heart of Dalmatia.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
