Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The city of Senj is the largest urban agglomeration on the Croatian coast between Rijeka and Zadar. Its position on the east coast of the Adriatic connects it maritimely with the cities and countries of the Mediterranean. It is connected to the hinterland by road via the Vratnik mountain pass (700 m above sea level), to the west with the Vinodol valley, Rijeka and its hinterland, and to the south with Zadar, Split and southern Dalmatia.
In Senj and its immediate surroundings, there is an average of 2338 hours of sunshine a year. The Senj area is extremely windy. It is the most turbulent part of the eastern part of the Adriatic. Due to the facilitated penetration of wind from the interior to the sea, the bora is road and strong. This natural phenomenon is also interesting to scientists, so the Senj bora has been monitored for a long time.
