The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. The kicthen is equipped with a microwave, water kettle, fridge, toaster and coffee maker. The apartment has a WiFi connection and TV. The nice balcony with a breathtaking sea view is furnished with a nice wooden table and is perfect for dining outside. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. It's possible to request the use of a washing machine but it will be charged extra.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Every stone from which the city is built testifies to the centuries of struggle against the Venetians, Turks and other invaders, and the efforts of the people of Senj to preserve freedom and tradition. The city has an area of 658 km2 and about 6000 inhabitants. It stretches along the Adriatic Highway 165 kilometers from Zagreb to the sea. Several hotels, camps and many apartments and rooms are just part of the luxurious tourist offer. There are also restaurants that offer experiences of coastal and continental cuisine, the Senj sea, warm with occasional surges of cold fresh water from the roots of Velebit. From the Nehaj fortress, vigilant guards watched the approaches to Senj from land and sea; it is a view you must not miss on the Croatian coast and islands and the mountains of Gorski kotar, Učka and Velebit.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
