Situated in a quiet location on the hill above Kvarner Bay, awaits our Villa Biber, a spacious modern house spread over 3 floors. From any part of the house, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. The house has 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms, all offering a sea view and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. If you are looking for accommodation where you can completely rest from your busy everyday life, then Villa Biber is the right choice for you!

The outside area offers a large salt water swimming pool where you can spend sunny days. A covered terrace with a fireplace and large dining table is perfect to spend some time with your family and friends. For our younger guests there is a mini playground with a slide and swings. Parking is available for 4 cars.

In the basement of the house, there is an entertainment area where you can play table tennis and darts games. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and a bedroom with an exit to the pool area. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
