Villa Prelec is a traditional house that was newly restored as a luxury stone house. The villa is spacious and elegantly decorated with stonewall elements and wooden beams and the entire interior is air-conditioned. The villa is divided on two separate apartments, and each apartment has a separate entrance from the outside, and they are not mutually connected inside. The right-side apartment consists of a separate living room with a kitchenette, dining room, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and a fireplace, for common use. In the apartment on the left side of the villa are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is located in the Vinodol valley just below the historical town of Drivenik. The exterior consists of a completely fenced large private garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers, stone barbecue, covered teracces with a large dining table. Free Wi-Fi and large private parking are also provided and included in the price.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Little town of Drivenik is located near the castle of the Frankopans, one of the very few that are preserved, which offers view of the northern part of Vinodol. The citadel of Drivenik is uninhabited; all inhabitants moved to the foot of the hill. On the hill remained a lonely castle from the 13th century, St. Dujam’s parish church, St. Stephen’s Church from the 15th century, parish house and an old school which was attended by many generations of people from Drivenik. The castle of Drivenik was once entered over a hinged bridge stretching over a dug up moat. The castle was defended by high walls, four corner towers and a semicircular bastion.
Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.
