Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The small town of Šmrika is located exactly halfway between Rijeka and Crikvenica, under the hills of Mižolova and Lukićevo. The first larger beach is Jadranovo, and less than 5 km along the coast, there is the town of Kraljevica, known for the benefits of health tourism, with a rich offer even for the little ones. If you are in the mood to explore one of the largest Adriatic islands - nothing could be easier than that, because the island of Krk is within your reach, and it is perfectly connected by the Krk bridge. The nearest beach is Šmrika, and a little further away you can find small coves that can only be reached on foot and are therefore very well preserved (Dumboka and Marenska).
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
