The holiday home was completed in 2016. Establishment is modern and functional, and nothing was missing when it comes to kitchen equipment. The house is located in a small town near Vrsar. Very quiet - if you disregard the rooster that crows everywhere on the neighboring property and a few dogs yap in the near future. The air conditioning works (if it works - we had problems in one room) very well. The landlords are very nice and have the damage from the previous tenants shown quickly. All in all top price performance. The next restaurants are only 1-3 minutes on foot. If you want to shop or drive to the beach, you need a car or at least a bike. According to VRSar it is about 10km - right at the beginning of the location there is a large concumed supermarket. (Bruckbauer )

Beautiful and modern sanitary facilities, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful garden, good pool, immediately adjacent buildings less beautiful. Very friendly and helpful owner who lives a short distance away. Willing to be of service in many areas and very hospitable. (Widmer)

The name Villa is entitled to this object. A very nice, large, modern holiday home let us spend wonderful holidays in Klostar. Each bedroom belonged to its own bathroom, which is important for many people. There was also an additional toilet on the ground floor. The outdoor area with a fantastic pool, comfortable lying down, grill left nothing to be desired. The landlords are very friendly and always strive for the well -being of their guests. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back. (Seifert)

We had a great vacation in the Villa Marija in Klostar.
The house is spacious, modern and corresponds to the pictures on the booking platform.
The landlords are reserved in a very pleasant way and are still interested in the well -being of the guests. Your agroturismo is nearby and invites you to good food from your own production. The bakery car came to the house every morning around 9:00 a.m. and offered his bakery for free. Even if there is not much to do in Klostar itself, the proximity to the Lim-Fjord, Rovinj, Vsar and Porec and Novigrad is a great advantage. For the viewpoint on the LIM fjord you can walk in 5-10 minutes and most places or youth offers can be reached within a radius of 15-30 minutes.
Pool and apartment were cleaned after the first week and the laundry was exchanged.
We were very satisfied and wonderfully recovered! Booking over Eurotours was uncomfortable and our questions were always answered quickly. (Ralf)

Great holiday home with a large pool. There are many hiking and bike paths in the immediate vicinity, great for vacation with a dog. The Limski Fjord can be reached on foot. Several conobas in the village or that in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back. (Doreen aus Deu)
