Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The village is characterized by olive groves, vineyards and traditional Istrian stone houses, which create a relaxing atmosphere.
In Pinezići, visitors can experience a real rural lifestyle, enjoying peace and quiet, as well as the benefits of local gastronomy, offered by the surroundings of Vodnjan, known for its quality olive oil and local specialties. In the vicinity, there are numerous cycling and hiking trails that lead through nature, ideal for exploring the surrounding hills and villages.
