On the first floor you can find two bedrooms with single bed and one double bed bedroom along with 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. For extra entertainment there's a table football and a PS4 console in the basement. Bed linen, towels, Wifi and a private parking are included in the rental price of the house. The outdoor area consists of a green garden, a private swimmingpool with sun beds, outdoor shower and a toalet. There is also a BBQ with dinning area in the garden, which is ideal for cozy evenings by the pool. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
