On the ground floor there is a living room, two bedrooms with double beds and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a sun terrace. Additional kitchen and entertainment room is located in the basement where you can go for fun playing darts, billiards or table football. Each room has a TV and a private bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The popular city of Umag is only 8 km away from the villa and offers plenty of activities for guests to do in their spare time. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and other tourist facilities in Umag and its surroundings. The city of Umag is known as the town of beautiful beaches, as well as a series of ATP tours. The famous Aquapark Istralandia is also located near Umag. The place is ideal for families wishing to enjoy sun and water attractions.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
