The villa has three spacious bedrooms. Two rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, while the third offers comfort with two single beds. Villa Mia Stella offers guests not only two elegant bathrooms but also two separate toilets for added convenience. In addition, the house has a fitness room and a game room, providing the possibility of recreation and entertainment within the building itself. Exiting the living room leads you to a spacious, covered terrace with seating, in front of which stretches a private, fully fenced yard with a swimming pool, providing a perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city. Parking is inside the yard for three cars. For families with small children, a baby cot is available on request, making the stay at Villa Mia Stella suitable even for the youngest. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
