The houses are next to each other and each of them has an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with sofa bed for two additional guests, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a covered terrace with seating area. Furthermore, the guests have a shared terrace with BBQ, a pool with sunbeds and a children playground on their disposal. The outdoor area spreads on 5000m2 and is completely fenced. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
