Holiday house near Rovinj with private pool

Welcome to Villa Angelina. Our house has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms. The living room leads directly to the covered terrace with a view of the greenery. There is a large table with chairs on the terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom, which also has direct access to the terrace and the 24 m2 swimming pool. On the first floor, another bedroom has a bathroom and a roof terrace. In the living room there is a sofa that invites you to spend pleasant evenings with the TV. Internet access, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Two private parking spaces are located in a fully fenced yard. The villa is located in the center of southwestern Istria, on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 3 minutes from the house is the natural reserve Limski Kanal with two excellent fish restaurants and a pier from which wonderful boat trips depart. Near the villa, there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties. In addition to gifts for guests, there is also our home menu, where you will find numerous recommendations for great restaurants, beautiful sights and wonderful picnic spots.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Rovinj is a magical peninsula, on the west coast of Istria, between the municipality of Vrsar in the north, with which it shares the Lim Bay and the municipalities of Bale in the south.
It has a beautiful view of an archipelago of twenty-two islands, the largest of which are Sveta Andrija and Sveta Catherine.
The history of this magical place is woven into the cobblestone streets.
Besides fishing and agriculture, tourism is the main activity of the city of Rovinj, accounting for 30% of the tourist offer in all of Croatia. Croatian cuisine is also world-renowned for its Mediterranean and fresh dishes. A dream of a house. Nice hosts who implement every imaginable wish. The house is in a 1A condition and very well maintained! The outdoor area is completely fenced and mostly covered with a privacy screen. Our two high-quality vehicles were parked safely on the property and that alone is worth a lot.
