This romantic cottage with jacuzzi is located in the small town of Bubani, only 10 km from Rovinj. Holiday house Ana Bubani combines modern facilities with traditional architecture.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a main living space with a sitting area, satellite TV and a dining room. The couch in the living room can be used as an extra bed for children up to 2 years old. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is a combination of modern appliances and traditional elements such as a wooden fireplace and wooden beams. On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed. One room has an air conditioner. Outside is a small private fenced garden with barbecue and seating area. If you want a vacation near the sea and the city life of Rovinj, but also peace and complete privacy - Holiday house Ana Bubani is the right choice for you. Youth groups and parties are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

On the magnificent coast of Istria (Croatia), right below the Lim , there's the most romantic place in the Mediterranean! The town of Rovinj is the right destination for all of you seeking a sentimental and romantic atmosphere. On the seaside, the town is protected by a high rocky shore and house walls built on cliffs, while the mainland side is protected by solid walls. The town is dominated by the baroque St. Euphemia’s Church, its 60-meter tower providing a view of grey and red rooftops and chimneys, streets and squares, the port and pier with ships and boats, and the marina harboring yachts. This unique old town core, the 67-kilometer shoreline, 2,289 ha of protected green surfaces and improved park forests, 16 islands, islets and reefs, make this towns' surrounding special.
Really enjoyed in the house and we visited so many great places, Rovinj, Lim Bay, Poreč, central Istria. Just great! (Jenny from UK)
