Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Rovinjsko Selo is strategically located on the main road connecting Rovinj with the motorway, effectively making it a suburb just 5km from the town. When you enter the village, you will be charmed by its idyllic landscape, old traditionally built stone houses, cultivated fields and vineyards immersed in the greenery of the surrounding woods.
This is the perfect place to escape to and to enjoy the holiday in a relaxing and peaceful surroundings, and yet be less than 10 minutes drive away from the lively and busy Rovinj town centre. Although in rural surroundings, the village has a necessary infrastructure such as a supermarket, coffee bars, hairdressers, a beauty center etc.
Thanks to the proximity of Rovinj and its beaches, a good road connection, Rovinjsko Selo is becoming the first accommodation choice of tourists.
Forrest roads and paths connect the village with the Lim bay, the ornithological reserve Palud as well as with the centre of Rovinj.

Haus sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, alles top fast noch besser wie auf den Bildern. Pool und Terasse/Garten auch sehr groß und schön. Haus reicht locker für 10 Personen. Lage auch gut, man ist für sich alleine und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig aber unkompliziert. Einkaufsläden, Tankstellen, Strände und Rovinj ist maximal 10 min entfernt. Hausmanagerin Illa auch sehr nett und freundlich. Es gab keine Probleme beim Check-in/out. Alles in allem perfekt für Urlaub mit 10 Freunden. (Dennis)

Das Haus sieht auf den Bildern schon toll aus, die Realität übertrumpft das aber noch. So gibt es z.B. einen Sandwichmaker in der Küche, SmartTV, verschiedene Sitz- und Chillgelegenheiten am Pool. und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist der Hammer. es war eine fantastisce Zeit dort (Dennis)

Beautiful villa, looks perfect like on the pictures. Perfect to book for z group of friends or family. 4 seperate rooms and 2 have a seperate bathroom. The swimming pool is wonderful! The perfect spot to go to cities nearby like Rovinj, Pula etc. The only disadvantage is that the villa is best for 8 persons. The 9th and 10th person needed to sleep on a moveable bed. (Dennis)
