The modernly furnished villa in the small town of Hrboki, which is located on a property of 20,000 m2, will surely be an oasis for enjoyment and a pleasant vacation. The villa has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and each of them has a private bathroom, fully equipped, and a modern kitchen and dining room that connects to the spacious living room. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace with garden furniture, which overlooks the wonderful swimming pool of 41 m2. The pool is heated so that you can enjoy it even after hot summer days. The parking lot is in front of the house, and a volleyball and mini-football court is available.

When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

This beautiful villa is located in the small village of Hrboki, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. Pula, the largest city of Istria, only 20 kilometers away from the villa, is world-famous for its stunning arena, an ancient amphitheater that was built during the 1st century, when the Roman emperor Vespanius ruled this part of the world. In addition to cultural and historical beauty, Istria offers a unique gastronomic experience, known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto, wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic delights that Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home cooking.

The booking of the house was done through Rosana and Eurotours. We got all the information we needed from her until check-in. At check-in we were personally greeted by Marko, the owner of the house. Marko was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. Marko gave us restaurant and beach recommendations, as well as local shopping tips. We had a wonderful time in the villa. When it was a bit cooler, Marko came by and even increased the temperature of the pool. The area around the house is huge. All rooms are air-conditioned. We particularly liked the outdoor area and the TV above the "outdoor kitchen". We can recommend the accommodation without reservation.
