Stinjan is known for beautiful beaches, whether you are looking for a small, quiet bays or well-known beaches with cafes and beach bars. The nearest beach is 1 km away. Villa Aura has an enclosed property of 720 sqm with saltwater swimming pool of 32 sqm, sundeck with sun loungers, covered terrace with dining table and gas barbecue, lounge furniture and three parking spaces. Holiday home of 140 sqm for 4-6 persons with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room – all in one space with glass windows and exit to the attractive outdoor area, two comfortable bedrooms, each with double bed, shower/toilet and exit to the terrace and swimming pool. In the hall is a separate toilet. The house is completely air conditioned and each bedroom has satellite TV. NOTE: The pool can be used in the period 1st May - 1st October. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
