From the spacious and relaxing living area, there is an exit on the terrace where you can find a dining table, pool, and BBQ area. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are located on the ground floor. The first floor of this newly built house consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The rental price includes the use of the internet, air-conditioning in each room, bed linen and towels. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The holiday house is only 5 minutes by car from Pula. It is located in a quiet village, Jadreski. Pula is the cultural center of Istria and offers numerous attractions to visit in your spare time. Pula has many beautiful beaches and coves. In the vicinity of the holiday house, only 10 minutes by car, there are well-known tourist centers and beaches such as: Medulin, Pomer, Pula, Rt Kamenjak, Premantura, Veruda and Verudela and Sandy Bay. Visit the famous Brijuni Islands and get spoiled by the breathtaking nature. There are many cycling trails nearby. Come to Pula and spend an unforgettable holiday.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
