Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The accommodation was great and Mr. Pavle even better. They were very helpful and attentive. The accommodation is 7 minutes from the sea, which didn't bother us at all considering that there is a great pool in the garden, and we took turns using it. The equipment of the entire accommodation is really good and everything is clean. There are a lot of shops, bakeries and restaurants in the area. August, 2024. (Karolina)

Our stay at House Breeze was very nice, communication with the agency beforehand was uncomplicated, the reception and on-site support from Pavle was very warm and friendly. The house is modern and clean. The garden with pool is beautifully designed and cozy. We really enjoyed our time. Everything is within easy walking distance - sea, shops, restaurants, etc. TOP!
