Villa Silvia is nestled in the serene village of Kastelir, situated in Istria. With accommodation for up to 10 guests, it boasts five sunlit bedrooms furnished with double beds. There are four bathrooms with showers and an additional separate toilet for convenience. The villa features two fully equipped kitchens and two dining areas. Two spacious living rooms, complete with smart TVs and fireplaces, offer an ideal setting for gatherings with loved ones.
Outside, the villa's courtyard presents a delightful pool and jacuzzi, encircled by ten inviting sun loungers. Ensuring privacy and security, the property is enveloped by a stone wall and fence. A range of amenities awaits guests, including mini soccer, volleyball, a children's playground, bicycles, and an outdoor fireplace.
Please note that Villa Silvia does not cater to youth groups or bachelor parties, defined as groups comprising individuals under 30 years of age.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
