Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The house is situated in a small village Radmani, 7km from Poreč and 7km from the first beach in Poreč, Plava and Zelena Laguna. The village is very nice with a lot of green fields and woods, so it gives perfect relaxation and escape from the traffic and city noise. There you can find typical istrian houses; most of them are newly renovated, but the preserved istrian identity. Radmani are surrounded by many vineyards and olive fields and many green pathways through the forest and villages. The village is recommended for families because there is a lot of greenery, domestic animals and it is the ideal place for relaxation.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
