Shops, restaurants, and café bars are situated just 500 meters from the house, and the beach is just 3 km away.

The ground floor includes a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds, alongside two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower. On the first floor is a second living area with a pool table, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom equipped with a hot tub.
Outside the villa offers a beautiful garden with a well-kept lawn spanning approximately 1335 sqm, a 50 sqm outdoor swimming pool and sunloungers, a spacious covered terrace with seating area and a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue. Enclised parking is available for 3 cars.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
