Schönes Ferienhaus mit ansprechender Einrichtung. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Vor allem der saubere Pool und die Außendusche auf der Terasse waren wunderbar.
Betten gut zum Schlafen.Im Haus war alles da, was man im Haushalt braucht.
Lage des Hauses war für uns unpraktisch, da kein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist und das Dorf verlassen wirkt . Man kann zu Fuß eigentlich nichts machen, braucht immer das Auto.
Teilweise waren die Häuser in der Nachbarschaft verfallen bzw. ungepflegt.
Viele Hunde - auch freilaufend - in nächster Umgebung .
Für uns war es aber ein schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus! August, 2024. (Evi)

After four days in Villa Maria Tadini, we went to Caorle for another four days. We would have loved to go back straight away. Everything was perfect in Villa Tadini: The owner was really nice and knew how to delight us with the history of the village and his family. The village is original and has 2 restaurants. It is also not far from the sea and from beautiful Porec. Finally, the house: Better than in the description. After many activities during the day, it was fantastic to sit by the private pool. Absolute dream house!!

This house is really an absolute dream, even better than in the photos, very modern and still retains the beautiful Istrian stone house flair. You have complete privacy and peace in a beautiful village and yet not far from the beaches.
The house was very clean and has everything you need. The terrace and the super clean and large pool are a real treasure. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Very nice owner and easy and quick communication with the agency. We will come back. September, 2023. (Katharina)

A very successful oasis of peace away from tourism

As a family with almost adult children (16/19), we felt very comfortable in Tandini with WiFi. The house is beautifully renovated with lots of love and taste and we were allowed to be the first tenants. The kitchen equipment is still somewhat spartan and will certainly be supplemented over time. You can definitely get along with 4 people with the dishes, but e.g. a little more cutlery would be an advantage. I would also expand the possibility on the other side where the waste bins are placed in the kitchen as a work area with another kitchen cupboard. It is a bit difficult to cut something for the food, as there is little work space on the side of the sink and hob. This should not be a flaw at all, but we wanted to give an indication that it is not quite optimal. The owner Antonio is very friendly and took care of everything even though he didn't live in town. You have complete privacy. The pool is very appealing and optimal with 1.5m deep. The place Tandini is very rural and quiet. You hardly hear anything from the residents and that's how we behaved on this beautiful property - quiet. This gave us good opportunities to buy regional vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions...) in the neighboring house. A very friendly winegrower with German language skills just around the corner provides the customary variety in the wine glass in the evening. The people are all very friendly and we felt very comfortable in Villa Maria. We'd love to come back.
