The ground floor has a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace and private pool (24 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden with an outdoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and one-bedroom room with private bathroom. There is a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony on the first floor, and a second bedroom with a private bathroom and sea view. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 2 cars in a fully fenced yard. If you are planning a relaxing holiday with family or friends, peaceful vacation in luxury, this is the right place for you. Pets are not allowed. Party groups of younger people are not allowed. As an advantage of this beautiful and modern house, we single out: the sea view in the distance and the proximity to the beaches. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Originally two settlements, today Tar-Torre and Vabriga-Abrega are connected into one city separated by the main road that connects Poreč and Novigrad-Cittanova. This is a fertile plateau at a height of 112 meters, which on one side leans towards the sea, and on the other towards the mouth of the river Mirna.
This region is known for its exceptional olive oil. FAO experts said that the highest quality olive oil in Europe comes from these parts. Experience the magic of the Mediterranean and come to Vabriga.
