Rustic Villa Graziella with swimming pool near Poreč with a large fenced garden.

The beautifully decorated Villa Graziela is located in the small town of Baderna near Poreč and only 10 km away from beautiful beaches. The house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2008 in such a way that it has kept its original character and the warmth that the rustic style gives it. It is located on a 1000m2 plot. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and one bedroom with its own bathroom. Three comfortable bedrooms with their own modern bathrooms are located on the first floor of the house. One room leads to a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the beautifully landscaped yard and pool or simply relax with the chirping of birds. On the covered dining area with a grill, you can enjoy spending time with your loved ones and preparing your favorite dishes. Your pet is allowed for a fee. If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful environment, far from the city crowd and yet not far from the sea and all events, this beautiful villa is the best choice for you.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Baderna is a small town in Poreština, 13 km east of Poreč and 19 km southwest of Pazin. It lies at the intersection of state roads Poreč–Pazin–Rijeka (D-48, D-302) through the Učka and Pula–Kopar–Trieste tunnels (D-21). The inhabitants are engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. Considering the position at the crossroads, transit tourism is also important. The settlement has the character of a castle, and the entire area was inhabited in Roman times. The parish church dedicated to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in the 16th century, and was thoroughly renovated and extended in 1843 and 1878. The separate bell tower was built in 1827. Due to its location, Baderna is a great place from which you can start your adventure and get to know beautiful Istria, with its natural beauty, gastronomy and excellent wines.

The house was spacious enough for our two families of 10 people. It was very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom with a good shower. The rooms have excellent beds. The folding beds could be upgraded to be perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. Enough plates, cutlery and pans. The fridge-freezer combination is spacious and has 2 freezer drawers. We sat outside in the carport or in the pool all day. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. It is great that there are plenty of sun loungers by the pool! Beach towels were also welcome. What made our stay perfect was the good care of the owner Marijana. We only had to report that a lamp was broken, for example, and it was already replaced. We stayed in the villa for two weeks and we were pleasantly surprised that not only were the towels replaced, but also the bed linen and the house were cleaned. Source: Airbnb, August 2024 (Leonie)
