The villa features 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen along with dinning and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all neccesary appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The dining room and living room are situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor and they all have their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed while two other bedrooms feature one double and one single bed. Furthermore, guests can use a private jacuzzi and a large swimming pool in the garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned and parking is provided for 4 cars in front of the house. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
