Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Villa Fabulosa is here to fulfill all your wishes! This attractive and modern villa, located in a quiet village surrounded by greenery, is only an 8-minute drive from the center of Poreč. Near the villa, a 5-minute walk away, in the village of Veleniki, there is a restaurant and a liquor store, and for the youngest there is also a multipurpose playground. Villa Fabulosa offers the perfect balance between peace and the gentle Istrian landscape and proximity to all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
