Beautiful, newly built family friendly holiday home with private pool for 6-8 people in Labinci. Ideal location for a peaceful and carefree holiday in Istria. The first beach in Poreč is located 7 km away from the villa. The house is spread over two floors ( 144 m2). The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balcony and sea view in the distance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside the property you can find a beautifully landscaped and spacious garden with a barbecue terrace and private pool (30 m2) which will delight its guests. Parking place is located inside the yard. A modern and comfortable interior with details of Istrian architecture will satisfy the most demanding guests. Pets and parties are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
