Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The nearest beach, Lanterna, is just 17 km away, while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cycling trails, hiking, or adrenaline activities such as the Pazin zipline. Gastronomic delights can be found in nearby taverns and agritourisms—Agroturizam Selo Mekiši and Konoba Jadruhi are only 6 km away, while the renowned restaurants Mondo and Fakin are located in Motovun, 15 km from the villa.
