Villa Amalija, a holiday home with a heated pool, is located on the edge of a quiet village Susnjici, only a ten-minute drive from Porec and the beaches.
On the fully fenced property, guests have access to a saltwater pool (heated with a heath pump), sun loungers, a covered terrace with a seating set, a fireplace, and two parking spaces.
Villa Amalija can accommodate 8 persons. The ground floor has a spacious air-conditioned living room with a seating set and exit to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 8 persons. Here is also an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The sofa in the living room is convertible to a comfortable bed for two persons. On the first floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to a shared large balcony with a seating set.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The nearest place where the shop, a bakery, pharmacy and post office are is historically famous town of Sveti Lovrec. The surrounding area is rich with olive trees and vineyards. Nearby there are bike paths that connect hinterland with the coast of Istria. Holiday apartment Chiara is an ideal destination for families with children. The nearest beaches (Porec, Vrsar) can be reached in only 15 minutes driving by car. Nearby is the famous Lim Channel, known for its beautiful protected landscape.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
