There is also a bathroom with a shower and a small toilet. In this beautiful house with a swimming pool, enjoy spending time with your family or friends and at the same time your privacy. For all guests staying a minimum of 2 weeks, the host will give you dinner. The host also offers you a tour that you can enjoy and get to know Istria better. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

These wonderful apartments are located in the quiet Sveti Lovrec. The loving and helpful hosts will make your holiday unforgettable. In only 5 minutes you reach the Lim canal. This will enchant you with its beauty. There are also some restaurants, bars, markets, a post office, a pharmacy, and many sporting attractions. For all guests staying 2 weeks, there is a free dinner from the landlord. In addition, the landlords offer a tour with his old old-timer. Come to this house and spend an unforgettable holiday.
The place was amazing, very neat and tidy with a large outdoor pool. A great holiday for our group and we would definitely recommend this place to others.
