Newly renovated Holiday home Chiara is situated on a quiet isolated locality, in a small village Musalež just 3 km from Poreč. It consists of a large and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen connected with dining room. Furthermore, it consists of one bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for two additional persons located in the living room. In addition to that, there's an exit from the living room to a spacious terrace furnished with seating area where you can relax during hot summer evenings. The bathroom features a bathtub, towels and a hair dryer. In the courtyard of the house, guests can enjoy in private swimming pool (24m2) and a spacious fenced garden. The house is air conditioned and pets are welcome free of charge. Parking is provided in front of the property. The rental price includes all additional costs as well as unlimited use of Internet (Wi-Fi).

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The village Musalež is located just 4 km away from Poreč city center and 5 km from first beaches. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path connecting Musalež with South Poreč, Mugeba near Zelena Laguna or Dračevac The city of Poreč can be reached by car or by bus in only 5 minutes. There are many supermarkets, like Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine and Konzum. Poreč is a popular holiday destination and is known for many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches.
Charming, small (1 family) house with large garden, very peaceful, close to Poreč and coast. Very pleasant owner, cleaning pool every day (not a common practice in the area), all amenities available. Highly recommended. (Igor SLO)
