The living room has a direct exit to a beautifully landscaped garden where you can find a heated swimming pool (32 m2) and a summer kitchen. One air conditioner is located on the ground floor and one in the master bedroom.. The inner stairs lead to the second floor where there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed while the other has two separate beds. Beautifully landscaped yard, location of the object and a private pool in idyllic green surroundings will delight all visitors. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
