If you want to spend your vacation with a heated pool with salt water and a hydromassage pool, surrounded by nature and silence, then Casa Belladonna is the perfect choice for you. The beautiful Casa Belladonna can accommodate up to 8 guests, spread over two floors, with a total area of 260m2.
On the ground floor there is a living room with smart TV/IPTV, seating furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island and a dining table. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a balcony equipped with seating. Each room has a large double bed size 180x200, air conditioning, underfloor heating and smart TV/IPTV, HBOmax and Netflix are available.
A Playstation PS5 with games and 2 controllers and an electric scooter are available. Villa Casa Belladonna is located on a fenced plot of approx. 1000 m2 and offers complete privacy. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool where you can relax. The pool is heated with salt water, measuring 12.5 m x 4.2 m, and next to it is a hydromassage pool for 3 people. A few steps away is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill and smart TV/IPTV, the perfect place for a family gathering where you can all prepare delicious meals together and enjoy a family vacation.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Sinožići is a quiet place, about 13 kilometres from Poreč and the sea.
The first shop is 3 km from the village, and the restaurant is about 2 km away. The place is ideal for bicycle tours, as well as for trips to nearby Istrian sights. It is a few minutes drive to the town of Višnjan, where there is a typical Istrian tavern, a shop, an ATM and a coffee bar.
Višnjan is a picturesque and colourful town and municipality in the western part of Istria. Romantic Višnjan is located on a gentle hill of 244 m above sea level surrounded by meadows, arable fields, and forests of honey oak and hornbeam. Today, Višnjan is best known for its unique observatory, which is one of the twelve most productive observatories of all time in terms of the number of discovered asteroids. The nature and peace of this area do not leave anyone indifferent, and the most famous hiking and cycling trails extend through this area. Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
