Furthermore, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances, a spacious living room with a convertible sofa bed for 1 additional person, a bathroom with shower, towels and a washing machine. The guests can spend hot summer evenings on a spacious terrace equipped with seating furniture. Air Conditioning, private parking, Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen are included in the price. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors. The owners of Villa Valtrazza have a long tradition in tourism, agriculture, fishing and olive oil production.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ajla. It was a perfect fit for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool and garden very much. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we appreciated having the outside grill as well. The hosts were very kind and were quick to welcome us. We would love to return sometime. We loved this stay in Casa Ajla in Rogovici near Tar: the house is surrounded by a 900 m2 garden with a small swimming pool and organic vegetable garden where we were able to harvest strawberries, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, .. We also enjoyed barbecuing and our daughters had a blast in the log cabin. The owners made us feel very welcome and were always attentive during our stay. Rogovici is a very peaceful little village and at the entrance a couple of sympathetic retirees sell the products of their cultures (melons, watermelons, peaches, various vegetables, honey, olive oil, ...). If you want to go to a restaurant, eat an ice cream or go to the bakery or the mini-market, you can go to Tar (5 minutes by car). For the beach, it may be Velamar (10 minutes) or Santa Marina (10 minutes) where you will find very good fish restaurants on the port. Porec is 15 minutes by car and Pula 50 minutes.
