We were 2 families with children and were given a warm welcome. Everything you need as a family is there. The place is small but has great restaurants and bakeries etc.

The villa is in pristine condition, featuring a well-designed room layout and well-maintained kitchens that provide everything you could need. There is plenty of space to sit both inside and outside, and the sauna, pool, and grill area are delightful additions.
Many activities in the area are easily accessible by car, and several excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

I stayed in june for 4 days with some friends of mine in this very nice renovated House. It looks very modern and is well equipped. It is in a nice small Croatian city. The owners are very friendly and we plan to stay again here next year.

Well located Villa in picturesque village Brtonigla, 10 minutes drive from the beach, offers everything for relaxed hollidays with family and friends. The owners were really nice, they even offer late checkout free of charge. Everything was sparkling clean and very well equped. In the house they offer PS4 and Netflix, every room has its own TV. Kitchen offers big fridge, microvawe, dishwasher and a good stove. On the terrace you can find pool, sauna and outdoor kitchen. Pool towels are included, which is also a big plus. I highly recomend Villa Amoena! (Tina)

Alles war wie beschrieben, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Dorf in dem die Villa liegt ist auch sehr schön und einen Spaziergang wert! Wir hatten etwas bei der Abreise vergessen und die Vermieter waren so freundlich es auf eigene Kosten zu uns nach Deutschland zu schicken! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert 5/5 Sterne! (Benjamin)

Sehr gastfreundliche Gastgeber, die ständig fragen, ob Sie etwas brauchen. Der Pool ist einfach toll. Es gibt alles, was Sie zum Entspannen brauchen und noch mehr. An jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht. Building after adaptation, very functional. Two fully equipped apartments with kitchen and separate entrances. Air conditioning in most rooms. Adequate parking. Sauna, billiards, laundry, swimming pool, barbecue. Here you can relax all day. Close to the city center, good restaurant, wine bar. About 8 km of beaches.
